I am featuring a piece of my work every day or so through the end of the year.  Here’s today’s piece:

This piece was designed from an enlargement of a  photo I took of a fissure in a granite boulder.  The photo was taken during a hike up Cadillac Mountain in Maine.  

 Hand dyed and commercial cottons.  Machine quilted.

2009 price: $1525-
